Return Policy

Waseeh wants customers to receive products in the condition and specifications confirmed at the time of ordering. Please contact customer support before sending any product back so eligibility and return instructions can be confirmed.

Change-of-Mind Returns

An eligible change-of-mind return may be requested within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unassembled, undamaged and placed in proper protective packing, and proof of purchase is required.

The customer is responsible for return shipping. The original delivery charge and the return-shipping charge are non-refundable; after inspection, only the eligible product price may be refunded. Sale and discounted items are eligible for returns and refunds under the same conditions as regular-priced items. A discount does not affect eligibility; the other return conditions and customized-product exclusions still apply.

Customized and Made-to-Order Products

Customized orders require 50% advance payment for orders up to Rs. 100,000. For orders above Rs. 100,000, a higher advance may be required depending on the total value and production requirements.

Cancellation is normally unavailable once production has started. Before production begins, a cancellation request may be considered case by case. Customized products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges; verified transit damage or product defects are resolved through replacement.

Transit-Damaged Products

If a mirror, furniture item or other product arrives damaged, notify Waseeh immediately at delivery or within the same day on WhatsApp at +92 320 1111782. Share available photographs or an unboxing video of the parcel and damage; an eligible verified transit-damage claim will be handled through replacement.

Product Defects

Inspect the product after delivery and report any defect within 2 days. Unless a product page specifically states otherwise, Waseeh does not provide a fixed long-term warranty for iron and MDF furniture; the team will assess a reported issue and arrange replacement for verified defects.
