Payment Policies

Cash on Delivery

Cash on delivery is available for eligible orders within Pakistan. For regular orders above Rs. 10,000, an advance payment of at least 20% of the order amount is required. The remaining balance is payable under the arrangement confirmed by our team.

Online and Advance Payments

Waseeh currently accepts bank transfer only for online and advance payments. Easypaisa, JazzCash and store credit are not currently accepted.

After making a transfer, share the payment receipt with customer support for verification. Orders are processed after the funds have been confirmed in the verified Waseeh account.

Customized Orders

Customized orders require 50% advance payment for orders up to Rs. 100,000. For customized orders above Rs. 100,000, a higher advance may be required depending on the total order value and production requirements; our team will confirm the amount before accepting the order.

Open-Parcel Requests

You may request to inspect a cash-on-delivery parcel before payment, subject to the rules and permission of the assigned courier company or delivery rider. Contact customer support before dispatch because not every courier permits open-parcel delivery.
